Position Overview


As a MacroPoint Digital Carrier Onboarding Analyst you will assist our carriers through the onboarding process so they are able to utilize our software to the maximum benefit it provides. This includes educating new carriers on the possible connection methods they can use to connect to the MacroPoint network. Additionally, you will be responsible for following up with unresponsive carriers and ensuring all carrier onboarding status data is accurate and up to date. This will require you to keep constant attention on the onboarding stage of all carriers. One of your main responsibilities will be to create email campaigns, track click-through surveys, and conversion performance rates to activate carriers. This position will require a high level of organization, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.


Here is the work you will do:

  • Create and implement new carrier onboarding campaigns based on customer carrier lists in HubSpot
  • Measure and analyze the flow and velocity of carriers as they move through the onboarding campaign
  • Allocate various customers to correct integration team(s) and process based off of survey answers
  • Create integrated reports from different data sources for our customers so they are kept up-to-date on the onboarding activities for all of their carriers 
  • Create models – measuring campaign performance and analyzing key metrics – that help us better predict and optimize the carrier’s onboarding journey and conversion timelines
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to produce datasets, analyses and reports to drive and improve processes
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Proactively manage any problems or obstacles that arise while completing everyday responsibilities.



  • 1-2 years success in Digital Marketing role; logistics or software industry a plus
  • Highly motivated, works well under pressure, and is able to adapt in fast-paced environments
  • Certified or highly experienced in digital marketing software such as Hubspot, Marketo, Click Dimenstions, Pardot, and Google Analytics
  • Solid aptitude for numbers and data review; advanced Microsoft Excel experience
  • Experience with CRM software (Dynamics or Salesforce)
